Customer must agree our Terms and Condiitions

1. The service is owned and operated by imarketing.hk(M & L Enterprise Limited), is provide to you (web hosting and online shop client )

under the terms and condition of this term of service. Web hosting client must agree these terms before deciding to host your
web site with imarketing.hk.
2. imarketing.hk is providing web hosting service and online shop to customer.
3. imarketing.hk do not allow any illegal MP3 site, hacker site, virus, Harassing sites, offensive site and Adult Oriented site
to use the imarketing.hk Service. Customers are not allowed to send Unsolicited email in imarketing.hk and your service
will be terminated in such as instance without warning.
4. imarketing.hk is not responsible for the content of any home page, and the opinions and views expressed in the home
pages do not necessarily reflect those of imarketing.hk. The contents of the home pages are not reviewed in any way before
they appear in imarketing.hk.
5. You cannot copy any other page and/or images without prior consent from the originator of the other page and /or images.
6. imarketing.hk is indemnify for any loss of data resulting from our suspention or deletion of home page, network or system
outages, file corruption or any other results.
7. imarketing.hk makes no guarantee as to the availability of services and imarketing.hk may cancel and stop the service of
the member without notice.
9. This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. The termination will effect upon seven (7) days prior e-mail or
written notice.
10. imarketing.hk has the right to remove any pages that do not comply with the above guidelines in its sole judgment.
imarketing.hk reserves the right to modify these terms and condition without prior notice.
THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK AND
THAT THE SERVICE HAS NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO CUSTOMER'S USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE SERVICE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. M&L Enterprise Limited OR ITS
EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY,
CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER OR
WEBSITE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR
LOSSES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES CUSTOMER'S URL PROMOTES, SELLS, OR ENDORSES.
BY CONTINUING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED THE REGISTRATION
PROCESS. IN THAT EVENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICE.
